With halloween behind us and the holidays bering down on us very quickly it is now time to get ready for thanks giving so we thought today would be a good time to share some simple Thanksgiving decorating ideas.  Getting that festive feeling to stressing out this time of year is key, especially if you are expecting guests and also have to worry about menus and food.  So without further delay:

Let’s Decorate:

1.) Lets decorate that mantle or side board.  This is an easy one mantles and fireplaces are always the focal point of the room.  Your side board is likely the biggest piece of furniture in the room so looms large as well.  So what to do?  cover them with festive fall items like: small pumpkins, seasonal gourds, and dried multi color corn.

2.) Table stakes: the table is the focus of thanksgiving, its also easy to decorate.  Get a festive table cloth, some candles sticks and fall colored candles for a quick inviting feel.

3.) First impressions: The first thing your guests will encounter is the front door.  Wreaths are not always cheap but you can re-use them year after year, so a nice Thanksgiving or fall themed wreath makes a get investment and first impression.
